First Class Craft Pilsner
Brewed with Czech Saaz hops and German Tettnang hops it is matured for five weeks in a tank. The result is this beautifully refreshing pilsner. The floral hop aroma and distinctive grassy notes are beautifully balanced by a clean, crisp finish and pleasant lingering bitterness.
Food Pairing
The Captain pairs well with grilled meats, spicy international cuisine, fish and aged cheddars.

Wingtip Autopilot 3.9% is a premium cask ale created using the finest floor-malted English Barley, combined with European and American hops, to produce a crisp refreshing golden blonde beer. Fantastic for those social sessions with friends, great with food and perfect for a bit plane spotting.

Here is the history
Wingtip was inspired by our original founders Simon Tripp and the late Christopher Tripp - aviation, travel and beer lovers alike. Both living close-by the oldest municipal airport in the UK, Brighton City Airport, they would spend time together sipping beers and watching the light-aircraft take-off to the skies above their home town of Shoreham-by-Sea. Their pilot project was to invent a first-class lager, using only natural ingredients and no additives.
The visual language looks to encapsulate The Captain from a by-gone era, gender neutral in appearance, he or she celebrates everything that is truly wonderful about aviation old and new. There is no doubt that the age of the jet engine has brought experiences and people together. Andwell Brewing Company have since landed the original recipe, embodying the values - they look to fly Wingtip into the new world.
